The professional training program "Real Estate Broker" aims to provide comprehensive theoretical, practical, and professional instruction in real estate brokerage for future real estate consultants and agents. The goal of the course is the professional preparation of real estate brokers to the end of getting licensed for the legal exercise of their professional activity by the Ministry of Justice. According to the law on real estate brokerage No. 9/2022, the professional training program in this field is mandatory to obtain the license for practicing this profession.

The modules of this program will combine the theoretical and practical knowledge necessary for practicing the profession. What is learned theoretically, during the training will be practiced through workshops, discussions, and group activities. According to Law No. 9/2022 for real estate brokerage, this training consists of a total of 60 hours and is divided into various modules that cover areas of expertise such as civil, commercial, and criminal law, real estate regime, contract drafting, negotiation and communication techniques, professional ethics, brokerage and free professions, property evaluation, management and maintenance, tax legislation, as well as marketing and sales.

At the end of the training, the applicant has gained full knowledge to exercise the profession of "real estate broker" and will be able to assess the needs of clients; different types of real estate; the legal regime of real estate; knowledge of the Civil Code in RA; obligations and conditions of contracts; the main risks arising from organized crime and money laundering, as well as the legal obligations arising from the legislation of the field.

The training fee for a Real Estate Broker is 30,000 (thirty thousand) ALL.

At the end of the professional training program, the candidate for a Real Estate Broker will undergo a written exam lasting 2 hours, where the knowledge gained during the training will be tested. The maximum assessment will be 100 points, of which the candidate must obtain at least 80% to pass the exam.

If the candidate does not pass the exam successfully, he has the right to participate in the next exam, after repeating the training program.

After the successful passing of the exam, the evaluation certificate will be issued by MUA, which proves that the candidate has completed the professional training program and has acquired the necessary skills to be certified as a "Real Estate Broker".

The candidates will be equipped with the relevant certificate, signed by the Rector of MUA.

The certificate contains name, surname, knowledge control exam scores, date of issue and serial number of the certificate, manager’s signature, and the training institution’s stamp.
